        Introduced  by  Sen. RITCHIE -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
          printed to be committed to the Committee on Commerce, Economic  Devel-
          opment  and  Small  Business  --  committee  discharged, bill amended,
          ordered reprinted as amended and recommitted to said committee
 
        AN ACT to amend the alcoholic beverage control law, in relation to  farm
          brewery licensees
 
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Paragraph (e) of subdivision 2 of section 51-a of the alco-
     2  holic beverage control law, as added by chapter 108 of the laws of 2012,
     3  is amended to read as follows:
     4    (e) sell at the licensed premises beer and cider manufactured  by  the
     5  licensee  or any other licensed farm brewery, and wine and spirits manu-
     6  factured by any licensed farm winery or farm distillery, at  retail  for
     7  consumption on or off the licensed premises;
     8    §  2.  Paragraph (e) of subdivision 2 of section 76-a of the alcoholic
     9  beverage control law, as added by chapter 221 of the laws  of  2011,  is
    10  amended to read as follows:
    11    (e)  sell  at the licensed premises cider and wine manufactured by the
    12  licensee or any other licensed farm winery, and beer and  spirits  manu-
    13  factured  by any licensed farm brewery or farm distillery, at retail for
    14  consumption on or off the licensed premises;
    15    § 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
