Assemblyman Clifford W. Crouch awarding Raymond Fernandez a NYS Assembly Citation for his services in the Korean War and obtaining his HS diploma. Crouch attended the Rondout Valley Central School District Board Meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 9, 2010 as Raymond also received his High School diploma from the board. Recently, legislation passed that certifies individuals who fought in World War II, the Vietnam War and Korean War, and who did not complete their High School diplomas, will automatically be awarded their much-deserved diploma.
