Phil Ramos: Suffolk families need affordable housing

Phil Ramos is fighting in the Assembly Housing Committee to make housing more affordable so working families can afford to live here. Ramos has:

	Sponsored a bill to establish a Long Island Workforce Housing program (A.9881).
	Secured $6 million in the state budget to provide affordable housing on Long Island.
	Introduced legislation to establish a tax-free home purchase bank account for first-time buyers to save for a home (A.4275).
