  • If eligible, you will AUTOMATICALLY receive your $250 Medicare rebate check.

  • This check will be sent DIRECTLY to your home or P.O. Box.

  • You DO NOT need to fill out any forms.

  • You will NEVER be called over the telephone asking for personal information.
