AN ACT to amend a chapter of the laws of 2019, amending the business
corporation law relating to enacting the "women on corporate boards
study", as proposed in legislative bill numbers S. 4278 and A. 6330,
in relation to the effectiveness thereof
The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-bly, do enact as follows:
1 Section 1. Section 4 of a chapter of the laws of 2019, amending the
2 business corporation law relating to enacting the "women on corporate
3 boards study", as proposed in legislative bill numbers S. 4278 and A.
4 6330, is amended to read as follows:
5 § 4. This act shall take effect on the [thirtieth] one hundred eight-
6 ieth day after it shall have become a law.
7 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
