Assemblyman Angelo Santabarbara to Announce Funding for Autism Society of the Greater Capital Region in Schenectady

Assemblyman Angelo Santabarbara will announce $200,000 in state funding he secured for the Autism Society of the Greater Capital Region in this year’s state budget.

“As Chair of the Assembly’s Subcommittee on Autism Spectrum Disorders, I know how important the Autism Society is to the thousands of capital region families who rely on their services. This additional funding will go a long way in ensuring the Autism Society can recover from the challenges of the pandemic and high-quality programs that are needed now more than ever aimed at boosting employment and education among people with autism,” said Santabarbara.
