Assemblyman Angelo Santabarbara Launches “Thank A Veteran” Web Page

In honor of Veterans Day, Assemblyman Angelo Santabarbara has again launched an on-line “Thank A Veteran” webpage to make it easier to say ‘thank you’ to veterans in our community and send messages of gratitude and appreciation.

“The freedoms we enjoy each day should remind us of just how much veterans mean to our country,” said Assemblyman Angelo Santabarbara, who served in the US Army Reserve and is now a member of the State Assembly’s Committee on Veterans’ Affairs. “Messages from our local community will go a long way, letting veterans know how much we appreciate their service and sacrifice for our great nation.”

The no cost service is available online at https://www.assembly.state.ny.us/mem/Angelo-Santabarbara/story/74466, notes are posted to Assemblyman Santabarbara’s Assembly website, blog and are also shared via social media outlets. The link appears on the left hand side of the page under the title of “Thank a Veteran.” Through this link, users can leave their messages and also request recognition from the New York State Assembly for veterans they know.

“No one can ever say thank you enough. Simply visit my website, click the ‘THANK A VETERAN’ link, write your message and keep it going by sharing it with family and friends,” said Assemblyman Angelo Santabarbara.
