Assemblyman Ari Brown Secures and Installs Crosswalk Signs in Village of Cedarhurst

Following a call of an unmarked crosswalk in the Village of Cedarhurst, Assemblyman Ari Brown (R-Cedarhurst) didn’t want to wait to get this done and physically installed the signs after securing the material from the Village. A direct call to Brown’s office led to immediate action by the Assemblyman.

“After speaking with a concerned resident whose daughter frequently crossed this intersection, I realized that this was a glaring issue that needed to be resolved,” Brown said. It is imperative that we act expeditiously to make sure our children are protected. I appreciate the help and quick action of Mayor Weinstock and Inspector Ross Marasco in successfully installing the necessary crosswalk signs. That’s how we’re supposed to get it done, we are here to serve.”
