“Too many people are making too many difficult choices in their household budgets, at the grocery store and even when it comes to prescriptions. As more and more New Yorkers downsize, economize, and consider out migration to less expensive states, it is essential that our state leaders take action to save our state. That starts with controlling the spending, and though Gov. Hochul’s State of the State makes grand promises, we need to see decisive action from her, real leadership and a determination to hold the line on spending in order to protect taxpayers—the people of this state—from further hardship.”
