Walsh on Cuomo’s Resignation

A statement from Assemblywoman Mary Beth Walsh (R,C,I-Ballston)

“Gov. Cuomo did the right thing for New Yorkers by resigning. Now, we can move forward and focus on our state’s recovery without scandals plaguing our leadership.

“However, just because he has resigned, does not mean he is off the hook. Gov. Cuomo must be held accountable for his actions — in the allegations of sexual harassment and the deaths of thousands of our loved ones in nursing homes. I’m looking forward to working with Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul in a bipartisan manner to get the people’s work done.”
