Assemblywoman Michaelle C. Solages Invites Residents to Help Shape Her 2026 Legislative Agenda Through an Annual Constituent Survey
As the New York State Legislature prepares for the upcoming 2026 legislative session, Assemblywoman Michaelle C. Solages is calling on residents of the 22nd Assembly District to make their voices heard by participating in her annual Constituent Survey.
The survey serves as a vital tool for the Assemblywoman to gauge the priorities of the community and ensure that the concerns of working families, small businesses, and homeowners in Western Nassau County are at the forefront of the debate in Albany.
"My most important job is to represent the values and needs of the people I serve," said Assemblywoman Solages. "The annual constituent survey is a direct line for residents to tell me what matters most to them – whether it’s property tax relief, improving our local infrastructure, or expanding access to healthcare and childcare. I encourage every resident to take a few minutes to share their feedback so that we can work together to build a stronger, more equitable New York."
Assemblywoman Solages, who serves as Chair of the State Assembly’s Local Government Committee and Chair of the New York State Black, Puerto Rican, Hispanic, and Asian Legislative Caucus, has long been a champion for government transparency and community engagement. The results of this survey will directly inform her legislative priorities and advocacy during the budget process.
