Queens Drives, Parking Matters; Say No to 60 e-scooter corrals
Petition on Behalf of Assemblyman Sam Berger, Senator Leroy Comrie and Councilman James Gennaro

The NYC Department of Transportation is planning to install over 60 e-scooter corrals in our community by removing sidewalk and parking spaces that our residents rely on.

Residents and community leaders have called on the DOT to meet face-to-face, present their plans, and work collaboratively with the neighborhood — but the agency has yet to engage directly with the community.

These corrals will clutter sidewalks, limit accessibility for people who use wheelchairs and mobility devices and disrupt the character of our neighborhood.

Tell the DOT: Our community deserves safe, clean, and accessible streets — not top-down experiments imposed at our expense and without regard for local input or impact.
