Honeoye Public Library will be receiving $13,203 to upgrade five automatic entry doors. Pioneer Library System will be awarded $3,186 to replace two outdated doors that are safer and more energy-efficient. Waterloo Library & Historical Society will be given $91,873 to install air conditioning in the theatre space and perform electrical upgrades, while also replacing the blue front porch stone. “Our libraries are more critical than ever as we continue to further integrate technology into our personal and professional lives. I am glad these four library projects have secured the funding they need to move forward,” said Gallahan. “These projects will help our libraries continue to serve as community hubs for decades to come, enriching the lives of local residents through education and community-building.”
