Assemblywoman Buttenschon to Host First Responders of the Year Awards

Assemblywoman Marianne Buttenschon (D-Utica/Rome) announced that she will be hosting her First Responders of the Year Awards Ceremony on Monday, Oct. 28, at the Utica State Office Building. The inaugural event will honor six local first responders nominated by family, friends and community members. Buttenschon noted that these heroes deserve to be recognized and thanked for their selflessness and courage. All nominees, their family members, award winners, and chiefs were invited to the event
