- November 10, 2022: Assemblyman Norris speaks to veterans at the Town of Lockport's 2022 Veteran’s Forum and Lunch. He enjoyed hearing from local veterans and helping direct them to resources and services available to them, and most importantly thanking veterans for their service.
- October 28, 2022: In honor of National First Responders Day, Assemblyman Norris commended and recognized an outstanding citizen in our community that places service above self in keeping our community safe, Special Deputy Joseph Moll. Special Deputy Moll was presented with a NYS Citation as a Hometown Hero for his work spending countless hours training with law enforcement and bloodhounds to assist investors in emergency situations. Special Deputy Moll is deserving of this recognition and has truly demonstrated selfless dedication and service to the Niagara County Sheriff's Office with his bloodhounds Liberty and Trace.

- September 2, 2022: Assemblyman Norris joined Senator Rob Ortt, Senator George Borrello & members of the New York Farm Bureau to urge the Farm Labor Wage Board in Albany to reject a reduction of the overtime threshold from the current 60 hours to the proposed 40 hours.

The French and Indian War reenacting community honored Bob's long and dedicated service with a surprise ceremony at Old Fort Niagara on July 2, 2022.

- Assemblyman Norris had the opportunity to visit the Town and Village of Wilson to view the progress and get an update on the Lake Ontario Resiliency and Economic Development Initiative (REDI) projects that he advocated for, voted to approve in the State Legislature, and helped deliver to our community. Rehabilitating the Water Tower and Pier are good first steps for the infrastructure of our community and he will continue to work to deliver these projects for Western New York! August, 2021.
- Assemblyman Mike Norris joins Senator Rob Ortt, Niagara County Legislator John Syracuse and Newfane Town Supervisor Tim Horanburg to view the progress of the Olcott Breakwall Project as part of the Lake Ontario Resiliency and Economic Development Initiative (REDI).Senator Ortt and Assemblyman Norris worked tirelessly, especially since the terrible flooding of 2017 to help deliver these critical fortification and infrastructure projects to the communities on the southern shores of Lake Ontario. This project will help protect and preserve Town of Newfane Marina, Olcott Yacht Club, Hedley Boat Co., McDonough Marine and several private homes. August, 2021.
