Assembly Minority Leader Will Barclay (R,C-Pulaski) was among the state legislators honored today with the prestigious Upstate Medical University Award for Exemplary Service in recognition of his consistent support and dedication to the State University of New York Upstate Medical University. The ceremony took place at the Weiskotten Hall Auditorium in Syracuse.

University leadership, colleagues, guests and family gathered for the award presentation, which included a formal proclamation and commemorative medal recognizing Leader Barclay’s contributions.
